The Secret World :: Worth Playing

Hi Legionnaires,

Let's talk about The Secret world.

Funcom's latest creation. Yes, most of us, myself included have been burned by Funcom twice before, but it seems they did most things right this time around.

About 15 of us are playing it so far, and the reception has been very positive.
The content, quests, story, investigation and skill system makes it worth playing for the free month alone.

If you're bored, not knowing what to play, pick it up, and nag someone on irc to invite you to the guild!

Server: Arcadia (RP)
Try to get on there, but if all fails, go for Leviathan (RP) as guilds can span over multiple servers.
Faction: Templar

See you there.

I read the tweakers review of this game the other day, seems you have to make so much choices for a build that you need to think it over twice before you start training your char. Loads of semi useless skill and stuff.

Still need a new pc so even if I was bored i couldn't join. The story looks nice tho.

I heard the same thing. Kinda like the skill, perks, etc. systems in AO, and perhaps in AoC aswell? Although I kinda liked the system in AO, I think it might be too complicated for the average MMO player.
