Is it possible to make the Gallery look really good with the same Gfx style as legion webbie?

and a place where u can comment on Siggy`s
and maybe some kind of top 10 list

Vote on what siggy is the best and stuff like that.. or is that alot of work?

Im thinking of learning usefull things

should i learn html, or can i go directly to php.. do i need to know the basic html before i can move on to php

does anyone know where i can get some kind of html guide or php guide..

would be great if someone could help me out here...
