Basically I am thinking of coming up at Christmas time and going to Stockholm and was wondering what league or why to get tickets for some games there. Preferably ones with NHL players playing in them. Also what sights are a must to see there?

I gotta think bout some nice things u should see, but i have no idea which bars/clubs are any good - i'm from poznan and i've never been in krakow and once in warsaw, on airport for like 30 mins:P
Brachson is from AO Legion and he lives in Krakow - ask him on pm; i'll talk with ppl from Warsaw and try to learn smtn useful 4 u.

28/12 Elitserien: Djurgårdens IF - Färjestads BK
19:00 i Stockholm Globe Arena.

That's a match i would love to see if i was there. Though it's 4 days AFTER christmas.

To be honest i don't know if the NHL players are back in the NHL now or if the strike is still going on, but this is Elitserien, and not NHL. So if NHL is back up you won't see any NHL players here. You will se upcoming NHL stars and former NHL players.

Elitserien is one of the strongest leagues after NHL i think so it's a dogfight out there.
Before and after the match you should go see "Gamla Stan" in stockholm. It's rather nice.
