What i understood was that he was already a SWG Legionnaire, but he wanted to be a full legionnaire to join us in other games, hence the application. He also copy&pasted his original application from 2003, which doesn't mention anything about SWG.

well as soon as he is settled and online again i think he should get in ..we could use more full members again, specially ones that actually use irc on a regular basis, our irc chans have been very dead for a long time:\
