http://www.natural-selection.org/
Multiplayer-only Half-life mod where one team plays marines and the other plays aliens. The humans must keep their cool and work together to assault an alien-infested spacecraft or colony. Marines vs. marines and aliens vs. aliens scenarios will also be supported in the near future.
This game sounds alot like AVP.. Alien vs Predators..
thats really a good multiplayer game..
with 4 teams battling eachothers at the most..
Confederate
Marines
Aliens
Predators
AVP2 is my favorite Alien game.. but i would love to try out NS
On NS
Marines :: Fighting skill is less important, strategy and communication take its place. Playing as a marine will be a tense experience with methodical planning and strategy, interrupted with action.
and
Aliens :: Playing as an alien will be an intense action experience, rewarding reflexes and alien heroics. Communication and coordination don't require typing.
Is the game good Link.. worth playing? and can I play it with Modem?
or do i need steam on any HF game Mods now..
look at this webbie.. game acctualy look cool...
wonders why i have never tried it out before

teamwork
got my own Clan on Lan`s .. . we are about 8 ppl that sit together and play together.. Winning in a game is all about teamwork..
going to a small Lan this weekend.. (5 day LAN) with about 80 other ppl. :)
Would u guys recommend that we try out NS?
Because mostly we team play in Enemy Territory,C&C Gen, war3, CS and ofc BF1942 (inc mods) witch is great Team work games....
Is NS better then AvP2? is it diffrent in many ways?..

we have our own small group for LANs also - but up to 50 ppl sometimes :)
NS with 4vs4 should be playable, not best but ok - give it a try.

Hrmm, Scorpio - Think your team could challenge me, DiabZ and some of the other ET gurus here? 8 vs 8 maybe depending on how many people you have at the time, aslo how badly you want to lose. :D

Sc0rpi0, we'd kick your asses in ET anywhere, anytime :D
LAN teams are nothing compared to the combined forced of AO Legion and Legion !!!!!!!!! :D :D
Goldrush is my favourite map, but I kind of like all the maps, just takes some class adjustments.

I live for the game atm :-)
but tbh the rest of my team aint that good.. basicly because they dont go to LAN as often as me.. but im pretty sure Legion Is Prime Leet in ET.. so i guess it will not be a good match.. but ill let ya know when we can play.. and ill give it my best.. and maybe train my team m8s 5-6 hours each day to become the best..
to become best in Warcraft3 i practice 8 hours each day.. but now i can focus on ET almost 90%
guess we have already lost but.. will be fun to try you guys out

I played NS on and off since it has been released.
Currently, i'm more in an off-phase while playing SWG and Halo.
An NS section could have been nice, but i doubt we will get enough people interrested, especially since 5 players is the absolute minimum for a working team.

NS has it's charm, and teamplay is a little more involved.
You can make or brake a game for the marnes if you/someone else is a good Comm(commander). That is the major problem with NS. If a n00b gets to the comm first you are screwed.
Aliens are better off, cos the only team work there is attacking together and building alien turrets arround the marine area so they can't get out :=)
